Laptop Sleeve- Botanical Winter Leaf (Red)

Wren Laptop Sleeves are made from digitally-printed recycled paper. A collaboration with well-known South African design studio EVOLUTION PRODUCT, this range features archived lithographic stamps used by the agriculture community and photographic images of ferns taken by Thomas C. Blagrave in the mid 1800’s in South Africa.

How do we make them? When we make the PPC Cement Laptop Bags we use two of the three paper layers that make up the cement packaging. The third layer, saved from the recycling bin, is used to make this Paper Sleeve. This is then digitally printed with archival images and commemorative lithographic prints in collaboration with EVOLUTION PRODUCT.

The paper is then fused to cream cotton for strength – like we do with the PPC Cement Laptop Bags. The inside is lined with padded black brushed cotton to protect your Laptop from knocks and bumps. We also treat the Sleeve with Nano Liquid Glass (an environmentally friendly coating) that makes the paper water resistant – just to make it that much more practical!

And there is more: There are two pockets – one for the device and the other for pens, papers, cables – or whatever you wish to use a second pocket for. To close, the laptop sleeve has a hidden press-stud in the centre that ensures that your laptop is kept snug and safe in it’s sleeve. There are also two hidden magnets that hold the flap corners down to keep it looking smart.
